The Abu Dhabi F1 2023 was the final race of the season and it was a thrilling one.
Max Verstappen won the race and the championship, beating his rival Lewis Hamilton by 17 points. Verstappen dominated the race, leading from start to finish, except for a brief period when Charles Leclerc challenged him.
Leclerc finished second, followed by George Russell, who impressed in his second race for Mercedes. Sergio Perez, Lando Norris, Carlos Sainz, Daniel Ricciardo, Fernando Alonso, Esteban Ocon and Valtteri Bottas completed the top 10.
The race was also the last one for Kimi Raikkonen, who retired from F1 after 20 seasons. He received a warm farewell from the fans and the teams.
The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix was a fitting end to a spectacular season of F1, with many memorable moments and exciting battles.
